Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All products are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Shipping times can very based upon where the manufacturer is located in relation to you. We will process your order as soon as we can, to ensure minimal delay with the manufacturer shipping out your order. Please note that sometimes our inventory system may show an item in stock, while the item is out of stock with the manufacturer. Should this happen, we'll contact the manufacturer to get a best estimate of when the item will ship out and reach out to you regarding next steps. 

Please note that as items are dropped shipped, themanufacturer may change the shipping carrier beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure you receive the same carrier and shipping time as purchased through us.

TruCrane Motorsports(TruCrane Motorsports LLC) is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Returns

You must reach out to use directly for all returns. Returns must be initiated within 30 days(TCM Products have 90 days) of the product being ordered. Once the return has been approved, it is up to you to pack and return the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in like new condition.

There will be a 5% return fee on all orders that were purchased using Shop Pay Installments AKA Affirm. This is due to the increased processing fee paid by TruCrane Motorsports for these purchases. TruCrane Motorsports is still responsible for processing fees on returns.

Please note that the original shipping costs and any custom color finishes or coatings will be deducted from the total refund amount. A 6% credit card processing fee will also be deducted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged or defective please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date and we will arrange for prompt replacement.

Burger Motorsports(BMS) and Fuel-It

  • Sales are final unless Warranty claim. Please email support@burgertuning.com for warranty support.
  • This is a restriction placed by BMS

VR-Speed Factory(VRSF)

  • no credits or refunds are available for used Products, electronic Products, custom Products or Products modified in any way
  •  VRSF reserves the right to charge you a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price of any Product

Vivid Racing

If you received a shipment that is damaged (visibly or once you open the box), please do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US 
  • Keep the product with its original packaging and box
  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
  • Vivid Racing will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Vivid Racing.

Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

  • If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for up to a 25% restocking fee.
  • In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. 
  • To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. 
  • If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return. 

Vargas Turbo Tech(VTT)

  • All returns and order cancelations are subject to a 5% transaction processing fee.

ProTuning Freaks (BM3)

  • All License sales are final once a license has been generated and emailed out

Project Gamma

If the product is unused and uninstalled, we can offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit. If the product was used or installed on your vehicle, we unfortunately cannot offer any refund, exchanges, or credit.
used or installed products will not qualify for a return or refund.
