Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. We process all orders as quickly as possible to ensure minimal delay.

Please note that our inventory system may occasionally show an item as “in stock” when it is out of stock with the manufacturer or distributor. If this occurs, we’ll contact the manufacturer to obtain an estimated ship date and then reach out to you to discuss next steps.

If an item is drop-shipped, the manufacturer may change the shipping carrier at their discretion. While this is beyond our control, we will do our best to ensure you receive comparable shipping service and delivery time.

Important: Items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Guidelines:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to inspect your parts for any shipping damage or defects.
  • No parts will be replaced or exchanged for shipping-related damage reported after the 30-day inspection period.
  • All parts must be inspected prior to installation. Once parts are installed, they are no longer eligible for replacement or coverage due to damage.

 

Returns Policy

You must contact us directly before returning any item.

If the product is unused and uninstalled, we can offer a refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date (60 days for TCM-branded products). Once your return is approved, you are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product to the provided return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • This can be used to help cover incurred costs such as shipping, processing fees.
    • Some of these fees will be imposed by the manufacturer and out of our control.
  • Returned items must be in like-new condition.

Fuel System Components

We cannot accept returns on used fuel system parts, including HPFP & LPFP fuel pumps, port injection rails, and ethanol analyzer kits.

Special Order Items

Products that are built to order or custom-made cannot be canceled or returned once production begins. Examples include:

  • Clutch kits
  • Turbocharger kits
  • ApexBuilt, Evolution Racewerkes, PTB and Fabspeed products

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies as a special-order item, please contact us before ordering.

TruCrane Motorsports (TruCrane Motorsports LLC) is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Fitment Issues & Returns

At TruCrane Motorsports, we stand behind the quality and fitment of the products we offer. If you experience a fitment issue, we are committed to working with you to resolve it.

Reporting a Fitment Issue

If a product does not fit as expected, customers must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue
  • Submit clear photos and/or videos showing:
    • The product installed (or attempted installation)
    • The specific area where fitment is incorrect
    • Any relevant surrounding components
  • Your Order number
  • VIN of vehicle item is being installed on

This information allows our team to properly diagnose and assist with the issue.


Resolution Process

Once we receive your request, our team will:

  • Review the submitted documentation
  • Confirm vehicle compatibility and installation details
  • Provide guidance to resolve the issue (including installation recommendations or adjustments if applicable)

Many fitment concerns can be resolved through proper installation techniques or minor adjustments, and we will work closely with you to achieve the correct fit.


Returns for Unresolved Fitment Issues

If, after working together, we determine that the issue cannot be resolved:

  • We will authorize a return or exchange
  • Return eligibility will be confirmed based on the condition of the product and documentation provided
  • Additional instructions will be provided at that time

 Important Notes

  • Products that show signs of excessive use, modification, or damage may not be eligible for return
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended for all performance parts
  • Fitment may vary based on vehicle modifications or non-OEM components

 

Cancellations

  • Orders over $1,000 paid via Shopify Pay Installments or Affirm are subject to a 3% cancellation fee due to associated processing costs. TruCrane Motorsports will cover any additional fees.
  • Orders over $2,000 paid via Shop Pay, Credit Card, or PayPal are subject to a 2% cancellation fee.

Any purchase made on our website constitutes acceptance of these policies and conditions.
