Tariff & Import Duty Policy

This page outlines TruCrane Motorsports’ tariff and import duty policies for all orders.

Purchasing Overview

Import duties are assessed once a product is exported from the United States. These duties must be paid regardless of whether you accept or refuse delivery.

If import duties are not paid and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for all related costs, including:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Original outbound shipping fees
  • Any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer
  • Credit card processing fees

Orders Shipped Within the United States

If your shipping address is within the U.S. and you place an order on the TruCrane Motorsports website, you may still be responsible for tariffs or import duties if the product’s origin is outside of the United States.

We make every effort to note the country of origin on each product page. However, if an item does not list its origin, this does not guarantee that it is exempt from import charges.

Some manufacturers have already incorporated tariffs into their retail pricing. In these cases, you will not receive a separate import bill because:

  • The manufacturer has already paid the tariff, or
  • TruCrane Motorsports has stocked the part domestically and paid the import fees in advance.

We will do our best to ensure the below list is accurate and update to date.


Manufacturers with Tariffs Already Accounted For

Products from the following companies will not incur additional import fees:

  • KW
  • Do88
  • SST
  • Eventuri
  • Isweep
  • Remus
  • Wagner Tuning

Manufacturers Without Tariffs Accounted For

Products from the following companies may incur additional import charges:

  • PTB
  • FTP
  • Stone Exhaust
  • Armaspeed
  • Revozport
  • Infinity Design (import status unknown)

Orders Shipped Outside the United States

If your shipping address is outside the U.S., you are fully responsible for paying any and all import tariffs or duties for your order. TruCrane Motorsports does not pay or reimburse international import fees.

Because import laws and tariffs vary by country, we are unable to estimate or guarantee specific import costs.

Returns

Import duties and tariffs are non-refundable. If you return an item, any previously paid import duty will not be reimbursed.
