IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two flange types for the 335i and 435i, depending on the wastegate style of the turbo. Pre 08/2013, a smaller flange is utilized. Installation Guide & Compatibility

A rewarding and impactful improvement, achieving newfound sound and performance is easily accessible with our bolt-on components – no extensive vehicle modifications or welding is required. With two different flange styles available, our downpipe also fits all BMW F30/F32 335i & 435i vehicle years.

• Gather necessary tools: socket wrench set, torque wrench, ratchet, and safety goggles/gloves.

• Disconnect the battery.

• Lift the vehicle and support it with jack stands if using a manual jack.

• Remove the under shield for ease of access.

• Disconnect sensors from the original downpipe.

• Loosen and remove bolts and clamps, securing the original downpipe before carefully removing them; you may need some penetrating oil to loosen rusted bolts.

• Prepare and inspect the new catted downpipe; check the gaskets and all surfaces to ensure the parts are in good condition before mounting.

• Place the gaskets securement clamps, and align the new downpipe with the turbo and exhaust components.

• Tighten all bolts and clamps, double-checking for a gap-free fitment.

• Reconnect the battery catalytic sensors and replace the undershield.

• Start the engine, check for leaks, and lower the vehicle if everything sounds good; it may take a few minutes for your system to calibrate to the new exhaust flow.

• Take your BMW for a test drive and enjoy the new sound and performance!
