I requested an exchange because I was sent the wrong part for my vehicle. The parts are for the same engine but different chassis, and the website does a poor job explaining which specific fitment is needed.
When the part arrived, I opened the box, compared it with my other parts, and immediately realized it was incorrect for my car. I never installed or used the part. I carefully placed everything back in the box with all the original components exactly as it came.
I simply wanted to exchange it for the correct part, but my return was denied due to alleged “wear and tear,” even though the item was never installed. Now I’m out $335 plus the shipping cost I paid to send it back, and I still have to purchase the correct part elsewhere.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money, and customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue.
