The M Performance DCT console trim is an essential interior modification. In all honesty, we believe the stock DCT console trim is one of the worst-looking parts of the F8X M's interior. It was outdated, and carried over from the E92 M3. Thankfully, the Performance V1 DCT fixes this issue. The carbon and alcantara combination is a massive upgrade to the boring, cheap-looking stock DCT surround.
This piece features the same 2x2 weave that is found on the OEM M-Performance part and matches the weave found on the stock, OEM carbon fiber in F8X M vehicles. As standard, this piece is equipped with a clear coat to prevent damage from harmful UV rays and small scratches. Please note that this is a direct replacement for your OEM DCT surround, not a cover. Your existing DCT surround will need to be removed for proper installation.
